Bounty from on high: 15000 bounty Markarth+Haafingar+Winterhold?
...so I got a 5000 bounty from the aforementioned locales and I haven't even killed anyone.

At least not without being seen. Is this normal like in the Vanilla!Brotherhood Maro betrayal quest, or is it a glitch? Or did I mess up somehow? I googled but nothing came up answering my question.

PS: My thoughts? Like the mod overall, abhor Stabby and Averna's dialogue+voice acting.
