More mod expansions?
Well, being a massive fan with this mod (it's truly amazing and a hell of a lot better than the standard vehicles), I've wanted to create a racing series with these cars (although I would need someone to create some GT1 class cars for me, tell me if you are interested). However, due to some limitations of the mods, I really can't do such a thing. There are a couple of problems with the current mod that limit me from doing so.

First of all, I need a race stewarding system where you could assign people to be race stewards, and they would have a full view of what lap people are on, what car class they are in (which I will explain later), if they have penalties to serve, etc, etc. The Race Stewards have the right to assign penalties to cars (from a drive-through of the pitlane which could be laid out via checkpoints to stop and holds to time penalties), or disqualify them from the race (where their car will be removed from the track). They also reserve the right to reduce or remove penalties.

The race entering system would need to be fixed where all the drivers can choose their car number and car class (the car classes would be set by the race stewards prior to the race being created, which would be adjusted in the SCAR checkpoint menu).

With multi-class racing, the racers would only see the position of them relative to people in their car class.

The stewards can call local yellow flags between checkpoints which would restrict overtaking (it won't automatically apply penalties because of spun cars) between cars (well, the flag would do nothing, but it would be a reminder for racers to not overtake and look out for stricken cars).

All of the flags active in the checkpoints that the racers are coming through would be shown in the top left of their HUD.

Or...

The stewards can call a Full Course Yellow (which will show up on the HUD to all of the drivers as "FCY")

For lapped cars, blue flags would be automatically shown to cars that are about to go a lap down (About 2 second gap between the car being lapped and the lapping cars).

Black flags must be served within 3 laps (or however many laps the stewards set in the SCARS Checkpoint menu) or else the car in question would be disqualified.

Warnings can also be given out to cars as well.

Example commands would be this:

For issuing a warning to a car (Let's use car number 23 for this): !warning #23 or !w #23

To issue a time penalty to a car: !timepenalty (time in seconds here) #23

To issue a stop and go penalty for a car: !stopandgo #23

To issue a stop and hold penalty for a car: !stopandhold (time in seconds here) #23

To clear stop and go/hold flags from a car: !stopandgo clear #23

To clear time penalties from a car: !timepenalty clear #23

To clear ALL penalties from a car: !penaltyclear #23

To disqualify a car: !dsq #23

To call a yellow flag from certain checkpoints to certain checkpoints (using checkpoints 2-5 for this): !yellow 2 5

To call a Full Course Yellow: !fcy

To call a green flag after a yellow: !yellowclear 2 5

To call a green flag for the entire track:!green

To call a red flag: !red (this will stop the clock, stop scoring any of the cars, and will call all the cars into the pits)

To clear penalties for all drivers: !clearallpenalties

On driver registration, you will pick your car number, and you will also be able to pick a pit box by running to it and spawning your vehicle in it. The pit box is where your car would be automtically refilled with fuel and repairs will take place (which will take time to do) and you will serve your stop and hold penalties in the pit box.

The stewards will setup the pit boxes by placing checkpoints there and they will also adjust the size of the pit boxes.

Pit lane starts and ends would also be put in place as well by the stewards, and a pitlane speed limit would be set as well. The Cruise Control would then be turned into a pit limiter that would slow the car down to the pit speed limit. Any car that is caught about 3 MPH over the pit speed limit for about 2 seconds would be given an automatic 15 second stop and hold penalty. (or a DSQ for excessive speeding in the pits) Red cones would signal the beginning of the pit lane and green cones would signal the end of the pit lane. You would be given a popup saying to slow down for the pits when you are close to it.

The number of laps needs to be increased from a maximum of 10 to a maximum of about 500 or so. 10 is way too short for the number of laps that this racing series needs to have.

The race can also be set to timed in minutes or hours, all the way up to 48 hours. Once time has ran out, the white flag will be shown and after the final lap, the car that has completed the most amount of laps will be the winner.

Which takes me to my final point...

You can register multiple drivers into teams for one car, and on the leaderboards, it will show up as Car #Something: (team name here).

For example on the leaderboard:

1. Car #89: Top Performance Motorsports (or TPM)

Because I am useless at modding... I would need someone else to do it. Any takers? It would be a huge favor to do this, but it would work wonders for a lot of the SCAR racing series.
