Missing SCars?

Ok so i deleted all my addons from before because my game was laggy and it took hours for my friends to join my game. I redownloaded all the scars mods (even the scars slim and extra content) and I have missing scars. (DeLorean, Military Truck, etc.) I can't seem to find what caused the problem since i have like 14 addons now.
