type x+V should fix it if not respawn the car and keep pressing ctrl+v+a

im getting a problem where i get in any scar and i see everything from a birdseye view and i cant look around any where v doesnt work and its not like im stuck in third person because its stuck looking down at the car

open spawn menu go to utilities in the top right corner look for the category Scars then click camera it should have 4 different modes click on default it should now be fixed (if it isnt try the other modes)

prob a conflicting addon so maybe clean out your addons
