To have third person for this mod, you need to click V

he's press V he's just stuck in thirdperson but he cant see infront just a bird eye view

aah, I know why!

1. when he launches Garry's Mod and creates a new game, (or joins a private or LAN server with you) open the spawnmenu (Q) and on the top right, it should say 'Utilities'. Click on that.

2. A new list should be up now. You then have to select 'Camera', under the SCars category.

3. All you need to do now is select 'Default' and there you go!

It does not, as the FAQ says there is a conflicting addon. There can be more than just one, you have to use trial and error to find out which addons are breaking the camera.
