... Player model for a DarkRP like that "models/player/police.mdl"

You can find the player models on the items menu.

Click Q, then go down to "Addons" under "Browse"
Click the "Plus" and scroll down to find "MetroPolice Pack".
Click on that, and find the model you want. Once you have found it, right click and click "copy to clipboard".

I must warn you though, they are T player models in DarkRP.

Ok, the command work and they are not T.. make shure you copy the good ragdoll.
