I Keep Getting Deleted From The Game

I keep dying everytime I jump out of the vehicle or just a chair plz help.

You probably have a mod that is interfering with it.

No turns out it was just my model... I don't how that works, but when I changed my model I stopped getting kicked from my own game. Thanks though!
