I think is just some new places and better texture. I haven't played it in like forever but I think is that.

IIRC, gm_new_worlds doesn't contain the base on the asteroid or the temple on the desert planet

there is pyramid and expanded space base
if you press E on the cube inside of the pyramid, it spawns like 6-9 fast zombies
have fun killing fast zombies lel :headcrab::headcrab::headcrab:
