Easy Animation Tool+Advanced Bone Tool
It seems that due to the version update on March 14th, the Advanced Bone Tool is unable to select child bones of animated entities for modification by clicking with the mouse. Instead, it can only select the main bone, specifically the "bip01_pelvis."
