restricting with ULX
Can you implement it so that the shouts can be restricted from certain groups using ULX?
atm everyone on a server has access to it and it gets kinda annoying when people spam the shouts.

i know this is two years later but ofcourse you can i don't have the lua knowledge to play it out but maybe someone on the ULX FOrums does
