FAQ
1. Do you take requests?

No, stop asking for ♥♥♥♥ I don't want to make.

2. Does this require DOD, CSS, HL2...

Unless I say it requires something, it does not.

3. I keep crashing when I download these.

Sounds like your gmod is having problems.

4. Why can't I holster weapons, deploy weapons, reload weapons

Read the description, I have it there for a reason.

5. Why are these in entities?

Short answer is because I can, long answer is that I hate the way that the weapons category spawns where it will automatically give you the weapon versus picking it up. When you do right click in the weapon category, it gives you a 20% chance of it actually working.

6. Why is the ammo seprate?

Because I can?

7. Why do my weapons not show up?

Because you have to many addons installed. There is a lua file limit of 2048, uninstall some large addons and they should work again.

8. Are you going to add more weapons?

If more models get released, then yes. As of right now, no new or good models have been released so I doubt it.

9. Why am I running so fast?

There is an admin menu with a bunch of options to adjust run speed, walk speed, damage, accuracy, holster etc... You have to adjust the walk and run speeds to default, which are 250 and 500. It seems though it doesn't like to work in multiplayer so you will have to specify those in the server config.

10. Why do my weapons disappear?

It is an issue with all gmod packs last I heard, ask garry because I don't know.

11. Am I allowed to use these on my server?

Sure, as long as you give me credit. If you need to modify something to work with your gamemode, let me know.

Oh, btw I made these compatible with TTT, it was a pain in the ass to edit all the code, but it works perfectly. My server uses Firearms Source and they work great, except for few animation glitches with the bolt-action M24 sniper and the Remington 870. So now, I'm trying to make your insurgency pack work for my server. I like when the job is done well, so I've really been spending a lot of time over details. Everything is fine and it works great, but one thing is keeping me from uploading it to the server: the sound bugs. I said it earlier, it just kills it. With the sound bugs, it's like throwing the whole amazing pack in the garbage. It's a major issue. Since you said "If you need to modify something to work with your gamemode, let me know.", can you please help me fix that? My server is new, and it's a great success thanks to your weapon packs.

Sorry for bothering you with this, but why do you assign a string value to the sound table keys even though the values are all numbers? With your Firearms Source pack, replacing the channel strings with a number fixes the sound problem. But it's different with Insurgency, just curious about why you're doing it that way. Also, I don't think the sound bug is caused by the sound scripts, since it's not only sounds fading, but also the disappearence of recoil, muzzleflash and shooting animation. Seems like a bug with the bases' code. Anyways I'll investigate the sounds scripts too. thx for your help.

So after a long week of troubleshooting, I finally found the source of the glitch that causes the whole weapon script to die (sound , recoil, muzzleflash, shooting animation, etc.). Just ask if you want to know. Anyways, now it's fixed and I can implement it on my TTT server. Amazing SWEPs pack, thanks a lot.
