FIX FOR SMARTSNAP
The magic solution!

Unsubscribe or Disable the addon "TFA Base [Reduxed]" (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=415143062)

For some reason, TFA Base breaks Smartsnap.

*NOTE: TFA Base may not be the only addon that breaks this, but it is for sure one of them out of my 350 addons.
