Grid is not working properly... I CAN'T BUILD!

I am using the Precision Move tool to move props together, BUT! The grid is on the object i'm trying to move! I cant use it! Here's a picture; https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3375263770
