Particle Effects (such as Circling TF Logo and Something Burning) Won't Fully Disappear

I don't know if any of you have had the same problem, but whenever I want to remove Circling TF Logo, the logo stays there, and when I want to remove Something Burning, the bat stays there. Fix?

yeah same. also if you put the tf logo on a hat and bonemerge the hat on another class, it wont stay on the hat it will go on their body
