In Civ 5, I loved playing as Venice, they were my favourite civ because I could never do the whole expansion thing well. Therefore I was quite sad when there was nothing like it in Civ 6 until this mod came. However, I still find it hard to go about playing them, what's the best way. I know to aim for a culture victory, but I don't know how to get myself started e.g. techs, policies etc.
