I like Mochi's idea, but i think 0-3 seconds would be more reasonable - five seconds of stun is practically instant death when a demoknight is in your face.

Also, if you stun them for the maximum amount of time, a clock tower bell is heard - "BONG!"

(+) Health is restored to what it was at the beginning of charge after charge is over

charge lasts 20% faster
full manueverability
25% of damage taken is reflected back at the enemy that dealt it

charging starts slower but will recharge and go faster (up to 50%) if you hit someone while charging

afterburn will warp your vision little by little, but will turn back when you stop burning or pick up health
Charge speed is 20% faster
Enemies near your charge are slowed down by 10%
You can return to the place you were before charging by 2 seconds
10% slower walk speed
Cooldown is 5% slower

Upon charge:
Call out your Stand to stop time during duration.
Time stop is actually alot longer than the seconds described on charge.
Kills increase duration of time stop.

Enemies can move slightly, which gives them the opportunity to instakill you.

still sounds quite a bit overpowered, maybe instead of the 20% switch time have -30% swing speed on melee weapons.

Heads increase charge time by 5% up to 5
On impact: Deals no damage and slows down user's everything by 50%
Can only impact 5 times before breaking and then can be replaced by any form of ammo.

When you charge, rushes to a target location while backtracking any damage taken in the last 2 seconds. (like dota 2 "Time walk" faceless void ability)

=on charge, two seconds to change direction(unable to walk around)
=demo then rockets in the direction at 4x walkspeed(unable to change direction now)
=on impact with player, momentum is directly transferred(along with Chargin' Targe damage)
=when said player impacts on vertical surface, takes 10 extra damage and is stunned for 1.5 seconds
-10% more damage from explosives
-70% charge duration(just because he can cover such huge distance in a short time)

Upon charging , A dubstep fart is heard signaling that time was stopped.

I'm very concerned if you're all serious. Because that would singlehandedly be the most stupidly broken item in the game.

takes more time to fill it's charge
