Where do you find render target monitors?

how to make sure the camera's don't become non functional when loading a save or reloading a save with them?

I just got the mod and when I reload a save that I had placed them down in they wouldn't work so I had to replace them. I really hope this has a solution because having to replace the cameras every time would be annoying as heck.
