I don't really understand the gel thing, but it seems kinda op in the description, if you were to do a type of gel, I would suggest making you move like 1.5x faster in the gel, but you slide very easily while in it. I also think that it should take a while to dissapear and be burnable. The burneffect should be toggled by pyro's on both teams, or any type of gun-fire (this doesn't include things like medic's syringe gun or The sydney sleeper.) The stat's that are given from the gel should be applied to everyone, regarless of team and you should slip if you try and jump.
