How do I uninstall Moonpath to Elsweyr?

I've unsubbed from all mods relating to moonpath and moonpath it's self but whenever I want to talk to an NPC "Are you essential?" still appears. The mod clearly hasn't uninstalled and I have no idea how to uninstall it.
Any ideas?
