how to drive a car?

There are various vehicles placed on the map, and I have a question: how to turn them?

I can't steer or turn the cars on this map either. Only forward and backward. My guess is that it's something that needs to be fixed in the map's ("scripts/vehicles/volvo_fk.txt") file.
