Hmm, I don't much think gliding would be a good idea for a stat, considering he wouldn't put it to much use. But the idea of an umbrella must be put to good use...

Here's what I propose.

regular stats:
-50% fire resistance
-15% reload speed
+40% longer uncloak

upon alt-fire:
umbrella opens in front of the player
-player cannot fire with umbrella open
-50% damage from the front
-100% damage from fire from the front
player can open umbrella while cloaked
damage taken from front while cloaked with umbrella out will not show the player's silhouette.

the alt-fire thing won't work, since spy needs a button for cloaking.
i suggest:
-one bullet per clip, slightly slower reloading.
-cannot shoot while falling
+falling slower and gets reduced fall dmage while in hand
+more damage
+shorter delay between pressing the button and the actual shot

on 20 second recharge, m1 deploys umbrella, knocking back enemies in close proximity, while deployed all damage from the front is blocked, lasts 5 seconds.

I don't see how falling slower helps the spy.

Confirmed stats:
+When fired 10000000000000000 times in a row, it will end all stats disgussions on the workshop
-No critical hits

Let me tell you about the Bulgarian Umbrella.
The Bulgarian Umbrella was an assassin weapon developed by the Bulgaria Secret Service and the K.G.B. It was a gun disguised as an umbrella. -no cloak from dispenser (while active)

The High Society:

Everytime you kill someone, your Spy will say "Gentlemen" (but it will not do anything besides that)
5% of chance of saying "Mentlegen" instead, giving you 100% criticals for 30 seconds
No random critical hits
-75% damage penalty
