Ummm.. Ive seen two occasions of this skin, both an old and newer version of this, so... what? What proof have they? Seriously, how haven't I heard of this?

No.

There will NEVER be another contraband item in the game EVER again.

Valve admits making the Howl contraband was a mistake, it'll never happen again.

For proof of this, look at the Griffin. Same thing happened to it, and instead Valve just changed the artwork.

The Griffin didn't get removed, it didn't get a special status. It was simple remade by Valve.

There won't ever be another contraband item.

Thats because the general populace throws-up and covers a blanket over those who do, with the same sob story:"Howl this, Contra that, theories!" Makes sense really, people have a habit of neglecting the truth for pointless endeavors, but hey it's profit to those who have their overpriced skins bought by hype and dreams.

Honestly, if you really want to make a bigger impact, and i would if I wasnt so lazy, make a guide/discussion (Lengthy and well detailed; min Essay size if need be +) discussing, resooving and clarifying this common mistake. I'm sure some have, but hey, judging by your first post there, I'm sure with enough effort and understanding it could at least help half the populace here. If not, someone needs to, it's funny to laugh at but annoying to see and correct time and time again.
