Hey, guys, i just found out how to use these since the GMOD SteamPipe update.

Warning: This guide might be a bit complicated. I will try to explain as good i can.

THINGS YOU NEED: GCFscape and GmadExtractor (i will give download links in the steps).

NOTE: If you already have these programs you can skip to Step 3.

1. Download GmadExtractor here: http://www.treesoft.dk/gmod/gmad/

2. Download GCFscape here: http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?p=26

3. Open up half-life source.gcf in your Steamapps folder.

4. Go to the Materials folder in the gcf file.

5. Extract the folder named models in the materials folder to here (Steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/materials)

6. Now open up GmadExtractor.

7. Click browse.

8. Go to your addons folder and find the .gma file (it's name should be half-life_source_playermodels_107768377.gma).

9. Click on the addon in the list and click select (or just doubleclick it).

10. You will now see the contents of the gma file. Press on the small plus near the lua folder.

11. Do the same for the autorun folder.

12. You will see a file named game_hl1_players.lua, extract it to (SteamApps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/lua/autorun).

13. In your autorun folder (in the garrysmod lua folder), open the file with notepad (or whatever text editing program you're using).

14. Remove this line:

if ( !IsMounted( "hl1" ) ) then return end

then do 3 backspace (you might have to go down a step after the 2 previous).

15. Save the file.

16. Start up Garry's Mod and load any map.

17. Hold C to get the context menu.

18. Click on the Player model tab (or model, i forgot what it was named again).

19. Hopefully, you should now have the Half-Life Source playermodels and be able to play around with them.

Does it still not work?

Make sure the addon is enabled in the addons menu.

Again, i'm sorry if the guide is a bit complicated, if you could give me feedback how to make it a bit more easier to understand, please let me know.
