Report a translation problem
I tested Nepgear and saw her model file missing some properties, you could replace the content of her nepgear_normal.model.json with this:
Also it's easy to make them work when you get those model files from links above, won't be much harder than one-button thing...
For example, you get "nepgear_normal" model from link at #7, then:
- do what I said at #8
- copy that folder into <wallpaper>/neptune/assets/live2d/
- enable "Custom model" in Character settings page
- set "Model file" to "neptune/assets/live2d/nepgear_normal/nepgear_normal.model.json"
Then you'll get Nepgear on your desktopFirst use Live2D Viewer to display a model, use mouse wheel to scale it, drag in some resources like physics and motions to make it look better, and uncheck View>Show Canvas Window.
Then open an image that you want to use as background, move the model onto it.
Now just use a GIF recorder to capture it, for example I used Honeycam. Also in Honeycam you can easily edit GIF's frames to make it seamless.
