What the hell? It doesn't show up in my tools anymore?

I had this addon before i uninstalled it to save space, and then when i readded it doesnt appear in my tools, please help.

It is enabled, but RIGHT NOW it is working again when it is already enabled, that was weird but thanks, and also your addon is not only cool but very helpful, you're amazing!
