Never ending spawing

Im haveing a problem with the npc's NEVER STOP SPAWNING Witch causes Huge lag and i want ways to know how to fix this, ive tryed every thing to get it to stop but it WONT STOP! Please help...

I got the same thing, its happen to some specific NPCs (nextbot zombies in my case). I don't know how to resolve this, anyway.

Try using the admin clean everything it reset's the game
