The ghost might be broken.
GMOD 13 broke a lot of things when it came out, including a lot of models for example. (even the L4D models were broken for a very long time)
What if it broke the ghost from this map? It's possible.

it is broken and it can be see clearly by cursed subtitles and sounds in apartments
