I really like the overheating idea, but it needs some buffs as well.

it needs more buffs or a more exact number of accuracy. the tomislav has +20% accuracy so more buffs would be nice

no none of the miniguns have faster fire rate

But there's a problem: Just faster firing speed won't worth losing acuraccy when the minigun starts overheating. So, we could make like: Less loss of wlaking speed while spinning the minigun (because of it's size).

Maybe damage significantly increases, firing speed increases, and accuracy decreases as the gun overheats, but if it overheats too much it deals burn damage to the user while continously spun up.

Seems good. But the damage should be high on a point that from dispensers won't help him, because if it's little burn damage an engie could simply build a dispenser and he gets no problem.

But the Heavy would just stop shooting and jsut spin the minigun, so like: When the minigun is spinning the overheat gets off slower tahn not equiping it.

STATS:
40%+ more movement when spun up
5%- less damage vs players
20+ more health on wearer
medium holster speed

too op. the less damage is too low and the higher health makes him more tank-ier

I agree. Maybe if Pass the Whiskey's stats were nerfed quite a bit they could work but I still like the overheating but the gun shoots faster idea. Could use one more buff though.
Overheats after five seconds of being spun up
Minigun does 25% more damage and fires 25% faster when overheating
Minigun is 25% less accurate when overheating

JUst one thing: WHY WOULD A WEAPON OVERHEAT WHEN IT'S NOT EVEN SHOOTING?
Just do like this: The weapon starts to oveheat by shooting for 7 seconds non stop. While the minigun spinning, it cools down slower.
