By clicking on the 'subscribe' button of the wallpaper :) Note that you need Wallpaper Engine installed to synch the wallpapers from Steam

After clicking on subscribe I still do not see anywhere to download.

I'm sorry for the late response. But unfortunately, I'm a bit confused. Wallpaper Engine is supposed to automatically download all the wallpapers you are 'subscribed' to.

If that doesn't work, I would suggest creating a help topic in the general Wallpaper Engine forum.
