How to add a video on a wallpaper (not make a video wallpaper)
I saw a wallpaper that had a box that played a Youtube video, and was wondering how he did that

Sorry for the late reply.

1. Enable Background
2. Set "Background type" to "Video"
3. Select video file as background (supports only Webm and ogg/ogv formats (open source formats))

4. You can download youtube video's in Webm format (from certain sites that I will not list here, but google is your friend)
