Add "Wobble" in "Foreground Effects" too
it is a self explanatory title, but it would be nice to have this option in the foreground effects.

I will think about this.

However, the 'wobble' code for the background that is being used now, is very 'wonky' (pun intended) to say the least xD so if I were to implement it for the foreground image, I'm probably gonna do a complete re-write of that functionality all together...
