How do I sit?

Press the Walk key (Default: Alt) and then Use (Default: E) on an edge or the ground. This will allow you to sit down.

Help every time I do try to sit it just changes my gun!

This is because your alt is bound to something other than "+walk" in older versions of gmod this was not the default this this key.

Where do I find information about the ConVars or Hooks?

Hey most of the time this is caused by an incorrect bind or some other issue. Try playing with a fresh game to see if it fixes your issue. If it doesn't or you cannot figure out what could cause this post an issue at Issues[github.com]!
