I say that this item is like the dead ringer.When you take it out,you don't cloak but will have 50%
fire damage resistance AND when someone shoots you,the damage dealt will be returned to them.Basically thsi could be a no-cloak item:steamhappy:

Nice. I would actually use this. Plus it could have it's own taunt. Maybe at the end of the taunt it could ignite enemies
