Item Relevant stats.
Will not cloak you.

Instead while this "watch" is active the player cannot catch on fire nor will they take damage from it. This item has double the "cloak" time and can only be recharged by picking up ammo.

Pros:

While active 100% immunity to afterburn and fire damage.

EDIT**

No longer grants 2x cloak duration

Cons:

Does not turn player invisible ever.
Can only recharge from ammo pick-up.

This will not cloak you

Instead while this "watch" is active you get a full crits condition when on fire and no flinching while on fire at the cost of being twice as vulnerable to fire.

Pros:

While active afterburn grants you crits.
While active afterburn does not make you flinch.
While active you can still attack.

Cons:

Twice as vulnerable to fire damage.
Halved cloak duration.
Does not turn player invisible ever.
Must fully recharge before next use.

Cannot reload while active.

Notes:

This does not make the spy-cicle useless as it grants fire immunity at the price of the loss of a knife whereas the Lighter does it at the price of a cloak.
