Combat Extened Compatiability?

I was wondering if any compatabilty for combat extened could be implemented in terms of the tank. If modular vehicals was implemeted, one could just use the weapons from the base game/combat extened on the tank, but as far as it goes now, the tanks are useless with combat extened on.

Won't even load with Combat Extended in, at least not for me.
