Physical Bullets

So I use Physical Bullets with this mod, but if I stop time and barrage or punch an npc, they just become bullets
Please help me if you can

And by that I mean that my punches are bullets, if you understand

Yeah I had this problem, it wasnt really all that bothering of me, theres no real way to fix it but its always cool to see them fly away once the bullets hit them
