It seems to be you that has no idea what a laser or plasma is. Plasma has mass, it actually can push objects. Lasers are light. Light has no mass. Shining a laser on something no matter how strong it is or how small the object is going to move it (Unless by some indirect thing like perhaps explosives amounts of heat but that's the cause of heat and not photons)

actually there is a video about how plasma weapons would shoot faster more efficient projectiles then current balistic weapons, and you would need little mass to make a plasma projectile fly that quickly as it is literally the hottest state of matter, so the author is correct and this thread is moot

Why. in the love of all that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ holy. Are you trying to compare a video game weapon, on the workshop. Sitting alongside plenty of unrealistic, absolutely stupid weapons. To what may or may not be a real life weapon, while trying to bring logic to it.
