Now that I think about it; pretty much...
Perhaps we could just remove the bigger clip size and reduce the extra firing speed; since I would like to have this gun to have a support role; where you can influence your teammates to attack a specific person

I like both of your suggestions so I will use what you guys mentioned and give my version of it.

(+) Alt-Fire: Flashlight can be toggled on and off

(+) 25% larger clip size

(-) 15% switch speed

(-) 15% slower reload speed

That seems kind of strong considering that you mark people for death in short distance with a shotgun

(+) While deployed: shines a beam of light in front of you
(+) the beam of light will show anyone shadows when the gun is pointed at them, and will also show the spy's shadow as well while he is cloaked or in Disguise

(-) - Deals 35% less damage against enemy buildings

+ 66% Max Clip Size
+ 50% Firing Speed
+ Enemys become 5% Slower when spotted by the light
+ Every kill increases the Slow down by 5%, Can be maxed to 25%

As an engie only weapon
alt fire- toggle flashlight, shows cloaked and disguised spys and also marks enemys for death (enemy must be in light for the mark to stay), drains -1 metal a second
-50% clip size

maybe the flashlight could also reduce debuff time on allys such as afterburn and jarate

I'd just like it as a reskin.

I know that sounds REALLY boring, but I really do just want it for the sake of how it looks.
