I think you could have an ability that reveals spies, like if you shine the light on a spy, it reveals its cloak like bumping into it, or it could drain cloak. It would probably need a recharge meter for the flashlight battery that has the same duration and regeneration of a stock invis watch, and would have to recharge without using ammo boxes.
