Finland seems to be the only country with a peaceful Kalmar/Northern lights unification creating a new country uniting scandinavia. Why finland? Why can't Sweden, Norway, or even Denmark initiate it? Especially considering tech doesnt catch up once you do unify, you're behind in everything, and are locked in finnish doctrine. The rest of the countries would have to declare war.
