Feature Suggestions
I was thinking and thought of a few things that would be handy for DAS

1.
_-------------------------------------------------
I know somebody asked about double tapping s to reverse, Ill just paste it in below, I know he was told it was a rage generator and I agree, but perhaps put it as an option that is disabled by default?
"1) I often use "S" for braking/deaccelerating (many others do, I suspect) - when I press it too long the vehicle will go in reverse instantly after coming to a stop. Would be nice if I had to press the key again to go in reverse. Alternatively/additionally it'd be cool to have seperate speed and acceleration limits for reverse gear - in fact the reverse acceleration being too high is my main problem with the "S" key behaviour."
------------------------------------------------

2. I know skid steering was asked for, it would be handy for me, Though it was said it would take too many symbols to achieve on top of DAS's current functionability, maybe make a seperate script for tank style steering though?

3. I was looking at the arguments you can pass "toggle_gsa" etc. But what would be really nice is the ability to set the forward maximum speed and maximum power using an argumenent. So that I can change speed and power on the fly for what im doing, more power less speed is deisrable for climbing, more speed less power for regular driving, etc.

Overall though an amazing script and all of my land vehicles use it

1) There is already a feature for backward maximum acceleration. Set variable _MaxBackwardAccel to whatever you prefer.

2) I had the idea to fork DAS and make a version for tracks steering. But i hardly find the time and will to make the next version of the current script, dunno if i manage to start separate script.

3) You actually can make it on your own. At "Feature/Improvement Suggestions" i explain how to do it. For the speed you need ForwardSpeedLimitKPH property of DAS, and for power MaxPowerConsumption.
