Stats?
Should it have stats, be a reskin or be a reskin with the added downside of "Jingle all the way"?

To make it easier on volvo, lets make it a eviction notice reskin.

Jingle bell hit sound
For each successful hit the bells slowly brake starting at 30% damage bonus to 10% damage bonus to -20% damage
15% faster swing speed

-25% deploy speed
