I'm thinking someting like:

The Basted Boxers
Level X Fowl Fists

+30% more health gained from Lunchbox Items.
+20% increase in Lunchbox Item recharge time.
+20% increase in Luchbox Item effect time. (Buffalo Steak Sandvich's effect, etc.)
-20% slower swing speed
-60% health gained from other sources.

...and, If needed:
No random Critical Hits (because Valve)

Maybe you could right click to take a bite and heal 50 health, but it wouldn't have to recharge.

Hey, it wouldn't be so bad having it as a reskin, statistically the stock weapons are the best weapons in the game! And not the default ones.

In a game about using various weapons to kill enemies, having Reskins is just boring. It so much cooler when a weapon has a unique effect that makes you say "wow, I get extra health, these gloves make healing easier and effects longer, very wow". I see where you are coming from, but no, Reskins are not better.

You should never have a weapon that forces the player to use specific weapons in tandem with it

Up to 40 health regenerated per attack
On kill: 10% lunchbox duration reduced
20% damage penalty
A cross between a lunchbox and melee

+Punching alys heals them (25 health per punch)
-50% damege penalty
