Weapon Stats?
+Marks Target with something like "Marked for Bomb" or something like that.
+On Hit: Automatically cloaks(but not with Dead Ringer)
+Blows Target Up after 5 seconds.
-Mark wears off when A. Healing(i.e, dispencers, medics, health packs, and resupply kits), or B. Killing the Spy
-100% damage penalty(the target blows up, so there's that)

the blow up time should be like 1.5 sec cause 5 seconds is way too easy to find a pack.
Love the idea though

I had a pretty good new idea for stats.
Backstabed enemies: Go on thirdperson mode; play the "team loss" player animation; walk forward(can't stop walking); -75% turning control; explode after 3 seconds.
takes 5 seconds to recharge.
Front stabing makes you explode in 5 seconds unless you backstab someone.

sounds a little short, maybe 2.5 seconds? should the victim know they have been stabbed? if not 5 seconds sounds appropriate, if not 2.5.

+/- on backstab the victim will explode in 5 seconds unless if he either kills you or uses the resuply cabinet

+/-non backstab hits will make a small explosion that deals 50 damage

- you have to take at least a medium ammo pack to regain the knife after you backstabbed someone

I think it should have a 5 second regen time (no chain stabs, sorry!), it should explode after 2 or 2.5 seconds, it should have a small blast radius with enough power to kill maybe a medic at most, I like the "game over" walk, I think it should be controllable (don't know why that'd matter), but the person stabbed would scream or yell and notify other players. I dunno, just some ideas. There should probably be some percentages and whatever too.

On backstab: Sticks to enemy, can be remotely detonated
100% more damage to buildings and 20% more damage to enemies around target on detonation.
PS: Can also be "backstabbed" onto buildings

I honestly prefer the Le' Dettonaire than this, just because the Le' Dettonaire (Which I will now call The LD) provides a little bit more of a sneakiness to it, and I'm talking about the version where you kept your disguise after you planted a bomb, the nerf to it made it impossible to use... But to be able to stab more than one person while staying blended in just makes the LD so much better, when I'm on a Custom Weapons Server as Spy (On a server that doesn't have The Infection) I'll use the LD, because it gives me that fun aspect of blending in and still killing people.
