It has a meter which , upon activated , gives 90+resistance to bullets , charges 50% faster and reloads 25% faster

-60% damage from bodyshots and fully charged scoped shots
-50% vunerability when weapon is active and meter is not used

On succesful headshot : The victim heads explodes and deals 10-35 damage to the allies around him
Stacks up to 3 brains that can make the explode damage increase to 20-50
-25% explosion resistance on wearer

These are the stats for Subtlely at its finest,

Pro's ( Different for each type of ammo, cons remain the same ) Normal ammo: 40% more damage per shot ( Minimum of around 70-80 damage for an unscoped shot and maximum of 600-650 damage for a fully charged headshot ). Incendiary: Shots deal 10% more damage and charged shots can set targets on fire from 2 seconds up to 5 seconds, ( Note, this fire only does 2 damage every second, so it isn't as deadly as regular fire ) Poison: Shots deal 20% more damage and inflicted a " Permadent " DOT effect that works like bleed, it only does 1 damage every 3 seconds but increases up to 1 damage every second over the course of 30 seconds

Neutural: Has the ability to switch to 2 other types of ammo, one being incendiary and the other being a special type of bleed / poison that lasts until the target that is hit goes to the resupply locker / finds a huge health kit / is over healed by a medic / stands next to a dispenser for 8 seconds ( level one ) 7 seconds ( level two ) or 6 seconds ( level 3 ).

Con's: Has a magazine of 5 rounds per, must reload after every 5 shots ( With a long reload, 4-5 seconds ), only carries 15 shots total, very VERY loud when firing, 40% slower charging speed, hip fire isn't accurate, 80% slower firing speed ( Takes nearly 2X as long to cycle the bolt )

Some basic stats that fit the design of the rifle:

+Increased damage to buildings (being able to noscope minis, for example)
+Penetrates Buildings
-Longer Reload Time
