Admin Control attack all tribes or player locations

can you implement a way to where the server admin can activate a world wide call of the wild. So that all of the tribes on the server is getting attacked by these waves?

That is a great idea, but a little out of scope for this project. That sounds similar to how I want CotW2 to function.
