Fix this Mod
This Map is very good for RolePlay (it says the title itself) and if they fix it, they will have many more downloads, votes ...

Ok, well I'm not getting that problem...so it's not broken. Your probably just getting a glitch or something.
The map itself is pretty glitchy and unless you have an amazing PC, you are gonna have some trouble with fps. The Map is overall very well made.

When I go to the server writes to me that "Server is using a modified version of the map" what to do?

It means you should reinstall your game, recache your files, or fix your server files, or redownload this mod, or all 5. XD
