balancing ideas
my current ideas:
michael myer ability should do one of the following: have a 20-30foot inacuraccy so he doesnt know exctly where you are, or not keep following survivors and stay in the same spot the entire legnth of the ability. another idea is to make it so you need to see survivors first for the ability to work
