Survivalist unable to access buy menu

I'm setting up at dedicated server, but when any player becomes the survivalist they are unable to gain access to the buy menu. This does not happen to the terrorists only the survivalists.

Same issue, no errors are shown.

you added a item to the shop that is erroring out look in the data folder
