On kill: turns enemy into a silver statue
On kill: auto reloads the weapon (you won't have to unscope and reload)
+100% longer reload
-15% slower movement speed when scoped in

On kill: enemy dissapears without death sound
laser automatically follows enemy closest to it, bullets may curve a little if the user fires .5 HU off from targets hitbox

headshots don't instakill
-50% base fire speed

every kill you get increases fire rate by 10% (up to +80%) but decreases accuracy (down to 50%)
headshots cause bleeding

60% is Good But wouldn't it be more balanced if you must unscope for reload ?
I mean there is a reloading Trigger so it would be more fitting to the model and by the way the turning people in silver sounds sweet.

Instead Make it -40% or 50% reload and each kill increases the reload time.

After two consecutive scoped hits, gain 1 stack.
Press r to use a stack (max 4)
Using a stack increases damage by 10%
Reload speed +10%

pros:
No charge
Reload speed increased by 150%
clip size increased to 10

Cons:
Bodyshots don's do any damage, headshot only
health reduced to 75


additional stuff:
No sound from shooting
No Kill feed and No Dead Body

Might be a bit OP but it would be pretty fun.

Might be a bit OP but it would be pretty fun.

then you would be able to fire 10 shots continously and reload those 10 almost instantly, but it is kinda balanced, though i dont see anyone using it

That would be some very unique stats and seem pretty balanced.
+starts with 100% charge while scoped in

-50% bodyshot damage and unscoped damage
-Takes 2.5 seconds for charge to go to zero
-15% slower reload
This would be for people who love quickscoping and weapon discourages hardscoping
